sdcv is built with an old readline lib in feisty

Bug Description

Binary package hint: sdcv

sdcv, and command line dictionary was built by using libreadline.so.4. On feisty, the version of libreadline is 5.

Suggestion: recompile sdcv against the newest readline library on feisty.

Reproduce:

Run this command in a shell:

sdcv anyword

sdcv won't start and you will get this error message:

sdcv: error while loading shared libraries: libreadline.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
