Bug Description

The first version of Pidgin (formerly known as Gaim) actually bearing that name has been released by upstream and the final version is to be released soon (see http://www.pidgin.im/). Therefore we should prepare gutsy for the name-change by creating a Pidgin package for this new beta version and determine, for which packages that depend on Gaim a mere name-change of their dependencies will do and which will break.

Any gaim dependent package will need to at least be recompiled. Any
that was previously dependent on 1.x will need significant updating.
