Bug Description

Binary package hint: onboard

onboard segfaults when using certain keyboard layouts (Switzerland, Canada French Dvorak, Azerbaijan Cyrillic, etc.), others work (U.S. English, German).

user@localhost:~$ onboard
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Ah, ok, I've just seen it, this seems to be the same as Bug #64350. However according to Kjell the Bug is fixed in 0.86, but it isn't.

There might be a workaround:

Open the onboard settings and create a new layout by using the current layout. Afterwards, select the new layout so that onboard uses the new layout.

Fairly sure this is fixed. Needs testing with Arabic, RTL languages etc. Ones listed in bug do work with newest bzr revision.
