update-grub-gfxpayload should not use files ending with a "~" (backups of edited files)

Bug Description

The title is self-explanatory. After editing a file in /use/share/grub-gfxpayload-lists/blacklist/ a backup file is left by almost every text editor. This backup file should be omitted by update-grub-gfxpayload. It isn't.
