I'd like to ask this as a feature freeze exception. I've uploaded the Vc package to New. It'll also need calligra uploaded with a build-dep on it. No other changed needed.

This makes Krita's paint engine substantially faster. Krita is used in Kubuntu and Ubuntu Studio by default. It has been requested by upstream.
