Bug Description

When open http://packages.ubuntu.net/ with browser,
redirected to http://packages.ubuntu.net/apache2-default/ .

It is misunderstood that there is no packages sites of ubuntu like
http://packages.debian.org/ .

I think it should redirect from http://packages.ubuntu.net/
to http://packages.ubuntu.com/ , or remove A resource record
of packages.ubuntu.net from DNS.
