[KDE: KDesktop > Get New Wallpapers] Missing option to rate wallpapers

Bug Description
The Get New Wallpapers (and other Get New stuff) dialog shows ratings for the wallpapers (and other stuff). But it does not have a button where you can rate the wallpapers.
This is a bit confusing.
Steps to reproduce:
1: Right click on desktop
2: Configure Desktop
3: Get New Wallpapers
4: Notice that it is impossible to rate the wallpapers from here.

As far as I know the wallpapers are rated at kdelook.org.
For users not familiar with this site, it is a bit confusing that there is no way of rating them in the Get New Wallpaper dialog box, I agree.
