autoconf-archive is a new build-depends for indicator-messages; while fixing bug 1154099, in particular for the AC_PYTHON_MODULE macro.

Background information:

Looks good. Seems unlikely to need much maintenance work from us. Would be nice to see a team bug subscriber, but not a blocker.

It looks like indicator-messages never actually added a build-dep on this. That would be the next step -- seeding or depending on autoconf-archive somehow, such that it would actually need to enter main.
