[FFe] Disable the edubuntu-server bits on the Edubuntu media

Bug Description

Edubuntu currently ships with a server squashfs and matching integration bits in the installer. However edubuntu-server won't ship in 13.04 as it's not quite ready yet (and not fully in the archive anyway).

We'd therefore like to turn off those bits of the cdimage build process and do the required changes to edubuntu-live to disable the server support until 13.10.

Makes sense. I don't really think disabling a feature needs a feature freeze exception, but thanks for being cautious. :-)

    edubuntu-server isn't quite there yet.
    The code is identical to that in Edubuntu 12.10 with the exception of
