Hardware:
Motherboard - ASUS - SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0
CPU - AMD FX8120

Prior to upgrade, AMD-Vi initializes successfully and HVM's are able to grab PCI via IOMMU. Post upgrade, IOMMU support is disabled due to failure of AMD-Vi init.

Rolled back to xen-hypervisor-4.1-amd64:amd64 (4.1.2-2ubuntu2.6, 4.1.2-2ubuntu2), and AMD-Vi init is successful.

Not currently, as I'm no longer running Xen for the purpose originally required.
The issue was eventually resolved by a patch that was floating around the Xen-dev mailing list, but I don't know if it ever made it into mainline 4.2 (I was told it would be included).
