Ubuntu 13.04 Posible bug in fonts selector and window configurations

Saludos, tengo el siguiente problema:

Dentro del apartado de Ajustes el selectror de tipo de letra no cambia el tamaño de letra de la barra de titulo y después del primer reinicio desaparece esta opción, también señalo que la opción de configuración de ventana no está presente, y no permite hacer que la ventana se enrrollar al hacer doble click.
