Bug Description
Theres a feature in System Settings > Univeral Access > Pointing and Clicking called "Simulated Secondary Click". But we already know of this feature from our mobiles as "Long Press".
If you enable long press and try to open a dock item's context menu with this method, both the context menu and the app itself will open.
With this a11y feature enabled, only the context menu should open.

@dan: Is there even one place where this is handled properly? Since it will alway result in a "button-pressed, button-release, emulated button-release" event-queue where the mousetweaks daemon simply generates the emulated one if the conditions fit.
