On web pages menus are hiding behind windows with flash content

Bug Description
When I visit web pages that display flash content and I hit a menu on that web page those menus hide behind the flash windows. I try to test it with opera and Firefox and both browsers display the same behavior. Other users are reporting the same problem.
Here is a link in Ubuntu forums where i also posted some pictures describing the problem.
