Binary package hint: synaptic

tried to install limewire, it stalled. Restarted, and now it gives me this error:

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.

Thanks for reporting this bug!

From which repository did you install limewire? Isn't this a package from a non-supported repository?
However, in any case it seems to be a real synaptic bug.

Thanks for the reply. Did you try to run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' in a terminal window (as also requested by Synaptic)?
