there are some themes that look much nicer without the borders on the launcher. For example mocka: http://
There is the possibility to modify /usr/share/unity/ to get the desired result. It is described in this article: http://
It would be so cool if there would be an option (in CCSM?) to just hide the border around the icons. And it also should be very easy to implement.
If I can help somehow just tell me!
