Searching for "test_filesystem" in bugs in launchpad-bazaar fails to find #121492

Bug Description

I was looking for a bug report about "test_filesystem" in launchpad-bazaar, so naturally I entered that search string on the form at https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad-bazaar/. None of the 3 results were the bug I was looking for. The bug I was looking for is #121492, which has "test_filesystem" in its summary, and in its description, and is open (Triaged, Medium), or at least it is at the time of filing this bug.

I think perhaps the general problem may be that "identifier_with_underscores" is not indexed usefully? It seems like the sort of thing that should Just Work, given that Malone is for bugs about software.

I think this might be another variation of the 121636 bug.

But after verification, tsearch2 does indeed index test_filesystem under (test & filesystem) instead of under test_filesystem.

The fact that the bug isn't returned is an occurrence of 121636, but the name_with_underscore indexing is still suboptimal (i think we have another existing bug about that.)
