Bug Description
$autopilot -h
usage: autopilot [-h] [-v] {run,list,launch} ...
This doesn't tell you that each of sub commands has additional flags.
It should tell you that you can also do, for example:
$autopilot run -v ...
Maybe something like this would be better:
usage: autopilot [-h] [-v] {run [-h] [...],list [-h] [...] , launch [-h] [...]} ...
