Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

I was removing some packages. Maybe some were related. Gnome-panel started again, so it obviously works fine. Something with the removal process. This shouldn't happen, anyways. =)

Thanks for your bug report. Could you try to get a valgrind log for the crash (you can follow the instructions on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Valgrind)? Likely a duplicate of bug #85776

I can confirm this bug in Hardy, but I think is not reproducible.
It was happened to me only once and I have only an apport report.
I'll try to add more information if it reappears.
