Bug Description

The most recent version of gnome-control-center is 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu54

While the latest stable version of gnome-shell is 3.10

This causes several reported and unexpected bugs :(

Thank you for your bug report, that's not a bug but wanted though, the new version is creating integration challenge and needs more work before being available for Ubuntu users.

By pointing to that bug (which is actually several different issues) I meant that currently, modifiers-only shortcut is not available in gnome control center, it is only available through gnome tweak tool.

Under Unity (which is the default desktop for Ubuntu) you can enter modifier only keys in the text input entry and gnome-shell users can use gnome-tweak-tool, there is a solution for everyone there ;-)

Gnome-Control-Center 3.8 was uploaded to Ubuntu Utopic a week ago, see LP bug #1316383
Still don't understand why g-c-c 3.10 (or 3.12) isn't uploaded and even unstable Ubuntu Utopic release has 1 year old Gnome-Control-Center 3.8 :(

Mantas, its quite a complicated update, that is blocked on a number of components. It will however get update in Utopic once things are ready
