Luit doesn't find locale.aliases

Bug Description

When starting luit the following error message shows up: "Warning: couldn't find charset data for locale de_DE.UTF-8@euro; using ISO 8859-1." strace reveals this happens, because luit tries to load locale.aliases from /usr/lib/X11/locale/locale.alias, instead of /usr/share/X11/locale/locale.alias. Attached little change to the package's rules file resolves the problem for me.

Thanks for identifying and solving this issue. I've uploaded a fix including this patch (with additional changes to the source). For future note, when preparing a patch that does not require a new upstream version (like this), there is no requirement to upload to REVU, and a debdiff is preferred to an interdiff.
