Missing advanced tab in most printing dialogs

Bug Description

Description:

In most Gnome applications, the "Advanced" tab is missing. In Gimp it's there!

How to reproduce:

1. Open for example "gedit"
2. Open print dialog

Expected behavior:

"Advanced" tab should be available in ALL Gnome applications! This is important because people often want to print a web map, text or sth. like that only in "Draft grayscale" and NOT in color mode -> It's not user friendly if you have to go do

System > Settings > Printer > Edit Printer Settings > Set printout mode

I do not think that it's too much for new users having one more ESSENTIAL tab in printing dialog. So please ADD the "Advanced" tab as shown in attached screenshot of Gimp print dialog! Thanks!

What options from this tab do you want to use?

In the advance tab of Gimp I can choose printout mode which is very handy because printout mode differs for me very often:

- print a text file in in draft grayscale mode
- print a picture in in photo color quality
- print a web page in default color mode
- print a document in normal grayscale mode

This allows me to save color from color cartridge or gives me more speed for simple text printouts. And it's VERY ANNOYING if I always have to go to:

System > Settings > Printer > Edit Printer Settings > Set printout mode

For setting right printout mode for the task.

libgnomeprintui is deprecated, that will likely be fixed when gedit is switched to the new GtkPrint
