Do not depend on dbus-glib, use GDBus

Bug Description

The best would be to port gnomeradio to use GDBus, rather than dbus-glib, because GDBus is thread safe and adds more other advantages.

  * debian/control: Removed Build-Depends on: libgconf2-dev and
    libdbus-glib-1-dev.
  * debian/rules: Removed the rule regarding GConf.
