Bug Description

> OvmfPkg/*.dsc controls what is built, OvmfPkg/*.fdf controls what goes into OVMF.fd

Please include NVMe drivers in both

> to use the latest code, you can get a 2MB image by building in debug mode, or for release builds, by adding -D FD_SIZE_2MB to the build command line

If image ends up too big, note this maybe above secureboot spec recommendations

> supported architectures

Please provide i386 & arm64 builds.

Doesn't appear to be required in order to enable nvme in a release build; updating to more recent git and enabling nvme still fits under 1MB.
