[Universe sync request] mongrel-1.0.1-1 from Debian unstable

Uploaded 0ubuntu1 release to REVU at http://revu.tauware.de/details.py?upid=6171

This package is the one being worked on in Debian (http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-ruby-extras/packages-wip/mongrel/trunk/?rev=0&sc=0), but has not been uploaded yet there due to a lack of Uploaders at ruby-pkg-extras.

Obviously Debian isn't time-boxed like Ubuntu, and I feel it is really important this package gets into Gutsy.

Note that no merge is required. The proposed ubuntu package was an identical copy of the Debian package.
