Bug Description

Dash/Hud/Panel uses only primary launcher width. This means, in a multi monitor set up where the second monitor has a higher DPI setting the Dash/Hud/Panel will all render in incorrect positions.

  * Allow the launcher_width to be stored per monitor and retrieved per

  * When we update the OverlayWindowButtons geometry, make sure we ask
the WindowButtons to update their geo as well. (This means poking it
