Dialog for selecting immovable bobs in editor lacks tooltips

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new map in the editor.
2. Open Tools -> Immovable Bobs.
3. Hover the cursor over any of the objects.
Excepted result:
In Tools -> Bobs, the objects display the name/description in a tooltip.
Actual result:
For Immovable Bobs nothing happens.
I don't really know why, because the dialogs look similar enough that I would expect the same behaviour.
