Open Advanced, treating directories as files.

Bug Description

Binary package hint: bluefish

Using Open Advanced (all file types, recursive, no pattern) either does nothing or alerts that it cannot open each directory for editing (as if it were a file). continues until all files and folders have had an attempt to be opened.

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 beta or later?
