proccess: hald-addon-stor EXTREME CPU USAGE, System blocks completly!

Bug Description

I dont know why, my system had been running stable ... Then I reinstalled the system from the SAME (Kubuntu 7.04): The mouse blocks on the Desk, system completly blocked....

Now i installed Ubuntu and then Kubuntu-Desktop package, everything worked well. The OS got updated to the newest version an the System doesnt work anymore..

Same probleme like on the LiveCD.

After 10 mins i came into the Process Table an saw that the process hald-addon-store need 99% CPU usage.. I went into the terminal and killed the process, Everything works well now. But even restart the problem comes back again...

By the way, thats my System:

mainboard: ASUS 17n8x-e-deluxe
CPU: AMD Athlod XP 2600+
RAM: 2x 512mb DDR 400mhz (infineon)
Grafic-card: Nvidia Gforce 7600GT
Internet: onBoard, LAN

Same thing happens on my Laptop for Gutsy Gibbon Beta. I just had to take out the cd if there was one from the drive.
