Bug Description
Xubuntu 14.04 ships whiskermenu by default and it's part of our default panel layout. After some discussions, we settled on the settings proposed in the linked branch.
The documentation doesn't feature any screenshots of whiskermenu and no references to the default settings. The only place where whiskermenu is actually featured with a screenshot (the installer slideshow) already holds the version/settings proposed in this branch.
This doesn't affect other desktops or flavors that would potentially use whiskermenu (like Ubuntu Studio) as the xubuntu-
These settings have been tested, and they have been approved by the Xubuntu Project Lead.
