Diagnostic of rabbitmq issues are mostly impossible without this fix
[Fix]
Backport rabbitmq plugin from upstream.

Run as root :
$ sosreport --batch -o rabbitmq
[Regression]
None expected, this is a new plugin

sosreport should collect files in /etc/rabbitmq and logs from /var/log/rabbitmq

A new rabbitmq plugin has just been sent upstream for aproval. If/when it gets approved, we will backport it to our releases.
