k3bsetup2 is missing

Bug Description

When I start k3b with kubuntu gutsy alpha4 and all updates, i get an error that my cd burner does not work. if i click on setup assistent, i have to give sudo password and then happens - nothing.

if I try to start the displayed command
> kcmshell k3bsetup2 --lang de
with sudo in console, i get following error:
> kcmshell (kdelibs): WARNING: Could not find module 'k3bsetup2'.

Thanks for your report. Please try "sudo k3setup2" and also try "kcmshell k3bsetup2 --lang de" as root. Post your results.

Thanks for your quick reply. I have found that k3bsetup2 is voluntarily missing in Kubuntu and also in Debian. Therefore developers won't fix this issue. However, in order to fix your problem with cd burner, please try to follow these steps:
be sure that your user is included in cdrom group;
check read/write permissions on your cd device;

the cdrom bug was something which could be solved by reinstalling kubuntu. somehow a early alpha bug which couldnt be solved by updates.

... and somehow bad that this is missing ... because what should a user thing who clicks on this to solve his problems and then happens - nothing?
