Bug Description

[Impact]
# plymouth message --text="Hello world"

doesn't work with Ubuntu Kylin plymouth theme, while it does work with the original Ubuntu's plymouth.

[Test case]
# plymouth message --text="Hello world"

shall work with Ubuntu Kylin plymounth theme

[Regression potential]
None as it's largely about adding missing functions without touching existing stuff.

lp:ubuntukylin-theme/14.04 ,this bug be fixed in comment 61. and other plymouth bugs( #1335644, #1341913) be fixed in comment 62 and 63.
