Bug Description

Availability: Currently in universe
Rationale: Dependency for nova.
Security: No security history.
Quality Assurance: Package works out of the box with no prompting. There is no major bugs in Ubuntu and the is no major bugs in Debian.
Standards Compliance: FHS and Debian Policy compliant.
Maintenance: Simple python package that the Ubuntu Server Team will take care of.
Dependencies: All are in main

Seems fine. But can you talk about the 7 test failures I see during build (seemingly due to no python-six) and why they don't fail the build (seemingly due to || true)?

Ive fixed the test failures, this was due to the fact that we were using an older version of pep8.

As you probably saw, that build failed due to missing python-six.
