I am experiencing exactly the same here and it blocks me to achieve my upgrade to gutsy.

I also did the a dist-upgrade to gutsy.

I am experiencing this as well. Except that the package name now is guidance-backends 0.8.0svn20070727-0ubuntu4.

This from a very fresh Kubuntu Feisty installation upgrading to Gutsy. (Installed fresh just to test the upgrade path).
