Please sync cdcat (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only ubuntu change was: Fix an off-by-one error in the mp3 tag parser. The debian revision fixes it.

Changelog since current gutsy version 1.01b-1ubuntu1:

cdcat (1.01b-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * mp3tag_string_termination.dpatch by arno:
    String termination correction (closes: #358929)
  * explicitely use qmake-qt3 (potential FTBFS), also updated Standards-Version
