Bug Description
Friends i was tryin to install new available updates of emacs21
and they got downloaded normally but never got install .
And
Since then i am getting error in each and every attempt of installing or removing software from my system.
It is a flood error of dpkg.
Here i am just tryinhg to remove few unused files and I am gettin flood of errors
Output are as follow :-

And while trying to install new updates from synaptics or packet manager i get same errors
This above list goes very long ... ( i had intentionally stopped it )
Please if anyone know what is this then please do tell me ...

I think your system has become badly corrupted. If you have backups
you should restore from them, or failing that you should reinstall.
These kind of symptoms are often due to hardware failure. I think you
should probably use the Launchpad Answer Tracker to get help if the
problem recurs.
