Bug Description

Binary package hint: totem

my dvdrom was by accident preset to region 1 on windows, i was very happy to see that it didnt seem to matter using totem on linux, yet the image quality is sometimes fuzzy when playing region 2 dvds, im very new to linux so im just wondering weather this is something i can fix or if it is the hardware
