Bug Description

When using "dpkg-reconfigure postfix" and setting where to send root's mail, it does not get set.

Steps to reproduce:
 - Install ubuntu 14.04
 - apt-get install postfix
 - dpkg-reconfigure postfix
 - satellite system configuration
 - default mailname
 - configured a valid smtp server on port 587
 - chose a valid internet email address for root's mail
 - defaults for everything else

Result:
Package configures successfully but there is no alias for root.

root@dedge-ns1001:/# cat /etc/aliases
# See man 5 aliases for format
postmaster: root

Expected result:
Package configures successfully and sets root alias.

Encountered on two different servers set up the same way.
