It appears your local copy of the package is corrupted:

> Unpacking qemu-system-misc (2.0.0+dfsg-2ubuntu1.3) over (2.0.0+dfsg-2ubuntu1.2) ...
dpkg-deb (subprocess): decompressing archive member: lzma error: compressed data is corrupt

Please try the following:

sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install -f

and let us know whether that fixes the problem for you.
