I am unable to reproduce this in Gutsy. What version of gbib and Ubuntu are you running? Thank you.

I am using (very) current gutsy, with treetool 2.0.2a-4.

I am running Ubuntu on an AMD64 machine, which might be the problem.

It is a Lenovo Thinkpad T61.

I can confirm this!

- Up-tp-date Ubuntu Gutsy
- Gnome 20.2.1
- gbib 0.1.2

I'm using Compiz-Fusion btw, but it doesn't matter. If I use metacity instead, it still won't start.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue
for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.
