It would be nice if a projects had a default milestone

Bug Description

We use a 'later' milestone to keep track of things we aren't actively
thinking about right now. Using the milestone just gives us a way to
easily see which bugs we have that we need to think about thinking
about. Having a "show me all bugs not in a milestone" search would
solve the problem, too.

This was reject in 2008, but I I have since come to believe a default milestone will help project use bug and blueprints. Launchpad creates a series by default, ad defines it as a sequence of releases (milestones). An empty sequence seem broken.
