Bug Description
Please backport tcpdump 4.5.1-2ubuntu1 (main) from trusty to precise.
Reason for the backport:
=======
There is a comparatively new feature in TCP called TCP Fast Open (TFO) which adds new TCP header options. These header options are unknown to the currently deployed version of tcpdump (4.2.1-1ubuntu2). They are known to version 4.5.1 and later of tcpdump.
Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.
You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s trusty -d precise tcpdump
* precise:
[X] Package builds without modification
[X] tcpdump installs cleanly and runs
