Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver

I opened the screen saver settings, but when I selected the "Pictures Folder" screen saver, there was nothing in the preview box, and when I pushed the "Preview" button, X immediately crashed and restarted.

Thanks for your report, which version of Ubuntu are you using? I have an empty pictures folder in here too and the X nor the screensaver crashed, please try to obtain a backtrace http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash and attach the file to the bug report.
