Apache 2.4 --- "authz_core" logs lots of messages

Server version: Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu)
Server built: Jul 22 2014 14:36:38

Apache module "mod_authz_core.c" generates numerous messages to log even though LogLevel is standard "warn" in configuration. Looks like LogLevel is "debug" for that module i.e. it is not obeying definition in Apache configuration file. A sample message:

[Fri Jan 02 19:57:58.389267 2015] [authz_core:debug] [pid 10575] mod_authz_core.c(802): [client 188.165.15.231:54356] AH01626: authorization result of Require all granted: granted

Human error. Another admin had inserted "LogLevel Debug" to domain file without reporting the change.
