When I tried to re-install with sudo apt-get install mysql-server-5.6 I got a notice saying package was partially installed

and that I needed to run apt-get install -f to fix it which I did and it told me to run sudo dpkg --configure -a

Which I did which then reported that I have a dependency problem, see below
