You can try:

sudo apt-get install --reinstall python-repoze.lru

or

sudo dpkg --unpack /var/cache/apt/archives/python-repoze.lru*.deb
sudo dpkg --configure -a

to fixup

dpkg: error processing package python-repoze.lru (--configure):
package is in a very bad inconsistent state; you should
 reinstall it before attempting configuration

I think this is a installation specific issue, rather than a general problem with this package so marking as Invalid.

Changed in python-repoze.lru (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid
