Plan task list and plan block don't show the task tags

Bug Description

We record tags against both the plan and the task

But we display only the plan tags on the task list page / the plan block

We should also display the task tags as well.

And seeing there is some design changes for the plan block/table plan tags we should also take advantage of this for task tags as well.

Hi,

I've been playing with this patch but can I have some instructions for this one, I don't know what Tasks are. I haven't come across them yet. I also haven't done much with tags. So I cant tell what is different between the pre patch and then post post.
