Utilizei o seguinte código e me retornou com esse erro no pacote

Hi,
there seems to be a stale file not belonging to the packaged content in /etc/init.d/ that pretends to provide the service apache2.
On upgrading apache it detects that conflict.

Removing this file whatever it is should get your upgrade working - marking the bug as invalid.
Sorry it took so long to look deeper at it, newer versions like Wily and upcoming Xenial won't use/need that init script insserv anyway as the will use systemd.
Please feel free to reopen if you can reproduce on a newer system - and thank you for reporting and by that making Ubuntu better.
