i'm using php5-fpm via apache2.
quite often I get crashes like this, maybe when I use incorrect methods or cause exceptions in the code.

Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Vivid reached EOL on February 4, 2016.
See this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

Please upgrade to the latest version and re-test. If the bug is still reproducible, increase the verbosity of the steps to recreate it so we can try again.
