Bug Description
Pressing Ctrl+Alt+3 key function doesn't work in version 13.3, but the rest of the field of view keys does work. All the field of view keys worked in versions 13.2 and back.
It could be just my machine, but if not. I thought I would bring it to the Stellarium teams attention.

Oh, sorry. Seems we have a key conflict between FoV and Scenery3d plugins.
You can re-assign keys in the help menu. And we should think about new default keys...
